Daniel Steels Manufacturing LLC

ENGINEERING · PROCUREMENT · FABRICATION · FIELD

Integrated Industrial Fabrication Services

Daniel Steels Manufacturing LLC is a Houston-based fabrication company delivering engineering, procurement, manufacturing and field services for process piping, ASME pressure vessels, modular skid units, pipe racks and structural steel.

ASME "U" Stamp

Section VIII Div. 1 pressure vessel fabrication.

National Board "R"

Repairs and alterations, shop and field.

ASME IX · AWS D1.1

Welders qualified to ASME IX, B31.3, B31.1.

100% Traceability

MTR records and PMI verification.

Four capabilities, one accountable contractor

Most fabrication projects fail at the hand-offs: engineering that cannot be built, material that arrives late, or a shop that cannot support the field. Daniel Steels keeps engineering, procurement, fabrication and field support under one roof so the scope stays with the same team from bid to delivery.

Frequently asked questions

Can Daniel Steels handle both fabrication and engineering?

Yes. Engineering, procurement, manufacturing and field services are delivered by the same company, which reduces coordination gaps between design and the shop floor.

Which codes does your fabrication follow?

New pressure vessels are built to ASME Section VIII Division 1 under the ASME “U” Stamp. Piping follows ASME B31.3 or B31.1 as specified, and structural welding follows AWS D1.1 with welders qualified to ASME Section IX.

Do you work outside Houston?

The shop is in Houston, Texas, and serves the Texas Gulf Coast and national projects. Field services can be mobilized to the plant site.

What do you need to quote a project?

Isometrics, P&ID, vessel datasheets, material specifications or a scope narrative. If drawings are not final, a marked-up sketch is enough to start the conversation.

Have a fabrication scope to bid?

Send drawings, data sheets or isometrics and our estimating team will review the scope.
