From initial process flow diagrams to detailed fabrication isometrics and finite element analysis, our engineering team ensures code-compliant, constructible designs.
Detailed 3D modeling using AutoCAD Plant 3D and SolidWorks. We generate clash-free piping spool drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and structural framing models ready for CNC automated fabrication.
ASME Section VIII Div 1 Calculations
Complete mechanical design calculations for pressure vessels, shell and tube exchangers, and process columns utilizing industry-standard software (Compress, PV Elite) to ensure full ASME code compliance.
Pipe Stress & Flexibility Analysis
CAESAR II piping flexibility and stress analysis to evaluate thermal expansion, sustained weight loads, occasional seismic/wind forces, and nozzle loads on connected rotating equipment.
Turnover Packages & As-Built Records
Generation of full manufacturing turnover packages (MDR), including as-built drawings, certified weld maps, NDE inspection logs, hydrostatic test charts, and complete material certification dossiers.

Frequently asked questions
Direct answers to the questions clients ask before awarding a fabrication scope.
What engineering deliverables do you provide?
Depending on scope: design basis, calculations, P&ID development, piping layouts and isometrics, equipment datasheets, bill of materials and as-built documentation.
Do you engineer and fabricate under the same contract?
Yes. Engineering, procurement and fabrication are delivered by the same company, which keeps the design aligned with what the shop can actually build.
Which design codes do you work to?
ASME B31.3 for process piping, ASME B31.1 for power piping and ASME Section VIII Division 1 for pressure vessels, with AWS D1.1 for structural steel.
Can you work from a client's existing drawings?
Yes. We can develop detailed design from client standards, a P&ID, a marked-up sketch or an existing as-built package.
Need Engineering Review of Your Drawings?
Send your 2D sketches or 3D CAD files for a comprehensive manufacturability and cost analysis.
